Having good balance is one the most important aspects of healthy aging. This class is based on the Feldenkrais Method® and Movement Intelligence® which uses creative and innovative movements that will “feed and challenge your brain”. There is extensive research that show that balance can be greatly improved. These movements will be done sitting, standing and walking. Learn and improve the quality of your life. Your instructor, Tancha McKnight who has been teaching for 23 years, will verbally direct the class through interesting, fun and challenging movements to improve your balance.
