This class is for anyone who wants to learn to move easier and with less pain, to increase vitality and self-awareness and develop the capacity to feel, notice and know how to care for oneself. Classes are designed to stimulate brain/mind function, coordination, mobility and physical strength. You will use your body and brain to feel younger, stronger and more fit! Slow easy movements progress to more complex and active movements. Please dress comfortably and bring a big towel and pillow.
