This innovative and exciting program was created by Ruthy Alon, founder of Movement Intelligence®, and a senior Feldenkrais Teacher/Trainer. Bones For Life is an exercise program for regenerating bone tissue which addresses one of the chronic problems of today’s western society: the deterioration of bone tissue. Designed to increase bone strength safely by incorporating the alignment principles of the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. Bone is a living organ and like the other parts of our organism, it is constantly renewing itself. Bones for Life is a series of pain-free exercises that, as we as stimulating the growth of the bone, promotes elasticity of the bones.
Tancha McKnight is a Feldenkrais Teacher and a Bone for Life© Teacher. She has been teaching for 24 years.
